OPERATIONS AND MARKETING ASSISTANT

Taylor Burns is the Operations and Marketing Assistant at MLG Attorneys at Law, where she supports firm operations, marketing initiatives, and client-facing systems to ensure efficiency, consistency, and brand integrity. Taylor plays a key role in coordinating internal processes, managing marketing materials, and supporting the firm’s growth through organized, detail-driven execution.

Taylor is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and brings several years of professional experience in operations, digital marketing, and project coordination. Her background includes managing workflows, overseeing communications, and supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. This experience enables her to approach her role with both strategic insight and hands-on problem-solving.

Outside of work and school, Taylor enjoys staying active in her community and believes growth happens both personally and professionally. She spends her free time riding her e-bike, connecting with friends and family, and taking every opportunity she can to see live music.

Automakers Kia, Hyundai, and FCA (Fiat-Chrysler) recalled approximately 12.3 million vehicles due to faulty airbag control units (ACU), which posed the risk failing to engage the airbags in the event of a collision. The same defect is also linked to Toyota, Acura, Honda, Mitsubishi, Porsche, and Volkswagen vehicles.
