TIM MAZZELA

PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Timothy Mazzela has been successfully litigating and trying catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the state of California for 32 years. He has represented injured individuals with moderate to catastrophic injuries including partial and total paralysis. His practice areas include truck crashes, automobile crashes, distracted driving cases, dog bite incidents, ride share crashes and dangerous conditions of private and public property and premises liability cases. He has also represented families that have lost loved ones to wrongful death. He has secured numerous six and seven figure policy limit settlements. Timothy Mazzela is passionate about protecting and guiding his clients through their life-changing event. His extensive experience in litigating and trying cases against corporate, government and other large business entities have achieved numerous successful outcomes for his clients.

Timothy Mazzela was invited to become a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum is by invitation only. It is limited to attorneys that have settled and/or tried multi-million dollar cases to verdict. He was also a member of the Central Valley Trial Lawyers’ Association and was elected to serve as its’ President in 2006. He has lectured and taught continuing legal education courses on various topics involving personal injury litigation and trial. These experiences created a philosophical commitment to strive for excellence.

When time permits, he enjoys hiking at Yosemite National Park and snow skiing. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

ZF-TRW Airbag Control Unit

Automakers Kia, Hyundai, and FCA (Fiat-Chrysler) recalled approximately 12.3 million vehicles due to faulty airbag control units (ACU), which posed the risk failing to engage the airbags in the event of a collision. The same defect is also linked to Toyota, Acura, Honda, Mitsubishi, Porsche, and Volkswagen vehicles.
